Robin Caruana
Director of Sales Performance
Robin started her career in the hospitality industry over 30 years ago and was the youngest General Manager for Forte Hotels International. She then worked for independent hotel chains and management companies working with multiple brands, Including an Extended Stay which had a portfolio of 72 hotels in 6 states! Robin has held positions in both Operations and Sales in Regional roles, there is no denying Robin is a strong negotiator and lead generator! Currently Robin resides in New York, enjoys traveling - especially to warm beaches, and spending quality time with her daughter and grandson.
Cheri Shanks
Director of Business Development
Cheri has more than 30 years experience in the hospitality and travel industry. Working as a Global Account Director for TMC/Consortia markets. With a deep understanding of the hospitality industry she knows what it takes to help elevate hotels to their fullest potential. A Marine Veteran, Cheri has the Dedication, Work Ethic, and Drive to ensure your property's Total Success. Cheri resides between California and Missouri. In her free time she enjoys horseback riding, spa days, and spending lots of time with her three grandchildren.
Mika McNally
Business Development
Mika has a wealth of service industry experience, specializing in marketing and sales strategy.
Mika has a dynamic and proven track record of identifying ways to differentiate and better position companies in a highly competitive market. She has a passion for the hospitality industry, and enjoys connecting with clients and building great relationships. A former dancer and "Sports Acro" enthusiast, Mika can frequently be seen doing handstands around the office to celebrate client wins! Mika and her husband, Jeremy, reside in California, enjoy traveling and spending time with their three amazing children.
Jeremy McNally
Finance/Strategy
Jeremy is an Economics Major with more than nine years working in the financial services industry as a Senior Real Estate Financial Analyst for Ernst & Young, LLP. In this capacity, Jeremy developed a mastery of real estate analytics and cash flow modeling. Jeremy also serves in the California Air National Guard as a C-130J Super Hercules Instructor Pilot and has completed three combat tours in the Middle East. Jeremy with his wife, Mika, reside in California and he very much enjoys time home with his family.
